1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bones88 ("bones88", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bones88 website at bones88.net and all associated services, including casino games, live dealer tables, slots, sportsbook betting, and account management features.

By creating an account on bones88, logging in, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the bones88 platform.

2. Eligibility

bones88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identity documents (Malaysian National Identity Card, passport) and proof of address. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on the bones88 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information as required.

bones88 implements a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in line with international gaming authority standards. As part of this process, you may be required to submit:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., Malaysian NRIC, passport);

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on bones88 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). bones88 does not accept funds from third parties; all deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name.

Accepted deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, and other supported local bank transfer services as displayed in the cashier section of the platform at the time of transaction.

Regarding withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit or, where this is not possible, to a verified account in the Player's own name.
• bones88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence prior to processing any withdrawal, including requesting documentation of the source of funds.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, and applicable processing times, are as displayed in the cashier section and may be updated from time to time.
• Withdrawals will not be processed where an account is subject to a bonus wagering requirement that remains unfulfilled.
• bones88 does not charge fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own processing fees independently.

bones88 operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Any transaction that gives rise to reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime may be suspended, reversed, and reported to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

bones88 offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

Any technical disruption to a live game session will be managed in accordance with the specific game rules applicable at the time of the disruption.

In the event of a malfunction, software error, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a game, bones88 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return stakes to players. This decision is final and not subject to appeal.

Any attempt to manipulate or exploit software errors, use automated betting tools not authorised by bones88, or engage in any form of collusion in multi-player games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bones88 platform and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and/or forfeiture of balance without further notice:

• Registering or operating more than one account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Using the platform for the purposes of money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity;
• Attempting to circumvent geolocation restrictions or account verification requirements through the use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other technical means;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human method to interact with the platform or place wagers;
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive conduct toward bones88 support staff or other platform users;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim identical promotions;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another player's account or bones88 systems infrastructure.

8. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bones88 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from the bones88 platform.

The bones88 name, brand marks, and associated logos are trademarks of bones88 and may not be used without prior written authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bones88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment.

bones88 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error, or defect at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform services. bones88 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

The bones88 platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. bones88's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Amendments to These Terms

bones88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bones88 will provide notice to registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notification on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the bones88 platform following publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of available funds.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming authority framework under which bones88 operates.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified under bones88's applicable licensing framework. bones88's decision on all gaming matters (including game outcomes and bonus disputes) shall be final, subject only to the appeal mechanisms available under applicable licensing regulations.
